We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time for check-in. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals and the full price of your service will be charged.

Must be 21 years of age or older to receive services.

For most massage therapies, we recommend that you disrobe; however, you may wear whatever is comfortable. You will be strategically draped with sheets or towels at all times.

Please notify our staff of any physical or medical needs or conditions prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, recent surgeries, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications).

So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that you refrain from using cell phones and personal electronic devices while in the spa. We strive to provide a relaxed and tranquil escape.

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your reservations, a 24-hour notice is requested. We reserve the right to charge the full value of the service(s) for no show reservations.
