The Friedmutter Group of Las Vegas and Atlantic City and Kuhlman Design Group Inc. of St. Louis designed the interior of Island View Casino Resort and Roy Anderson Corp. of Gulfport served as the construction contractor.
- 1,155 decorative light fixtures, 900 of which are in drop-down ceiling features in the casino
- 10,000 one-inch-square hand-set Italian glass tiles frame the granite base of the columns in the casino
- 33,000 lineal feet of custom Axminster carpet from England cover the floor; the length is equivalent to 91 football fields in the casino and buffet
- 5,500 square feet of granite cover the floor of the main promenade in the casino
- 6,000 yards of wallcovering on the walls in the casino
- 150 decorative light fixtures in the buffet
- 45,000 one-inch-square hand-set glass tiles accent the feature columns and serving line in the buffet
- 60 pieces of artwork in custom Italian frames in the casino and buffet
- 9,500 square feet of Italian ceramic tile covers the walls and floors in the restrooms.
- 80,000 one-inch-square hand-set glass tiles accent the walls and floors in the restrooms.
- 550 lineal feet of granite work surfaces, equivalent to 50 Ford F-150 trucks parked end to end, in the casino, buffet and restrooms.
